We collect only what we need to understand and follow up on your loan enquiry.
What we collect.
When you apply, we may collect your loan amount, funding path, collateral or income details, full name, phone number, city or town, employer information, and any information you choose to provide during review.
We may also receive supporting information such as an ID, payslip, proof of residence, bank statement, logbook, title deed, cession, valuation, or inspection details when you provide them.
Why we collect it
To understand your request, contact you, review eligibility, and connect the application with an appropriate partner microfinance firm.
Who sees it
Access is limited to people and partner firms involved in reviewing and responding to your application. We do not sell your information.
How it is stored
Enquiry details are submitted to Google Cloud Firestore in our Firebase project. Authorised ZimFund administrators use a signed-in account to view enquiries, update their progress and add follow-up notes. Staff who enable browser alerts also register a device notification identifier. Email and notification previews do not include applicant names or phone numbers.
